As their first new construction project offering three separate apartment types, Autumn Ridge at Lopatcong was a groundbreaking endeavor for the property manager. The new development featured luxurious garden, garage and senior apartments in a single residential community.
My conceptual development of the brand capitalized on this unique feature, emphasizing the three different products. The brand was designed to be more approachable than similar luxury products, making Autumn Ridge more relatable to draw a wider audience and meet ambitious pre-leasing goals.
The project encompassed the design of the logo, leasing fence banners and email blasts. I also drove the social media strategy designing imagery, scheduling and copywriting, creating the voice of the community. The branded feed was designed to be distinctly different from competitors with bold elements and call-outs to the different offerings and amenities.
