The site of Germantown High School and Town Hall was once home of education and opportunity. Its location makes it accessible to multiple communities via bike lanes, existing arterial streets, and public transportation routes, which creates an opportunity to restore the site to its former glory.  The proposed campus facilitates educational exposure for the local community and Philadelphia through educational opportunities of skill shares and career development that fosters local community ownership and empowerment.
