2 week charrette for an urban redevelopment under an overpass in Frederiksberg, Denmark. The relationship to human scale and adaptability of the components by the user were important considerations. A bench and wall component were designed to lock into each other or be free of each other, creating different forms for seating, storage, display, and performing. They adapt, slide, and rotate into a functioning market, a street artist gallery, and a concert venue. The benches and walls both run on a track system that was designed for the programmatic uses and for locked storage at night.
