Problem Solving: Aveda Coral Reef

  • For the Aveda Trashion Show Competition, I chose to focus on Coral Reefs and promote the beauty that exists below the ocean's surface and why we shoul be focusing on keeping our water clean. It was chosen as a runner up and put on display in an Aveda salon in Philadelphia last year!
For this project I used: Chicken Wire, Pool Noodles, Used Notebook Paper, Coffee Filters, Tissue Paper, Sticky Notes, Shower Curtain, and Aveda Shampoo Bottles. Everything was either water colored or spray painted with a dusting of white to give the under water color palette.
