Treat Me Cosmetics Brand Identity

  • Many cosmetics brands are currently on the market that sell makeup to women without instructing them on how to best use their products, leaving a vacant niche in the market. The fictional cosmetics company I conceptualized for my senior year capstone project, Treat Me Cosmetics, focuses on encouraging young adults and women (ages 16-30) to treat themselves to feeling confident and beautiful by teaching them how to apply makeup.
    Drawing inspiration from desserts, I made the process of applying eye makeup easy to understand by breaking it up as a recipe for cupcakes. The dessert theme drove the identity, and is carried out through the visual pieces as well as the copywriting.
